Tricia Iverson

Tricia has played tennis for over 20 years and is a USTA nationally ranked player. Tricia endured a career-ending shoulder injury that shifted her focus to the coaching side of the game. Stressing the importance of physical maintenance and fitness, Tricia brings a unique combination of high level playing experience and training to the game of tennis. Her passionate and patient approach allows Tricia to thrive with players of all skill levels.

Tricia is a Certified MTM tennis teaching professional, and in 2011 she trainied personally with world renowned coach Oscar Wegner in Southern California.

In 2010, Tricia returned to Vietnam, the country of her birth, where she opened a tennis school to support her charity for under-privileged children living in Ho Chi Minh City. In 2011, two of Tricia’s students won their first and second junior tournaments. In 2012 another student has won the 3rd and first bronze and gold medal in a tournament and has been selected to play on the junior tennis team representing Ho Chi Minh City.

There is no doubt Oscar Wegner's method of teaching students the right way will only enhance their love of the game, which will make them better players throughout their lives. With Mr. Wegner's help and the help of my coach Marita Redondo (WTA Ranked 9th in the world in 1976 and 5th in the USA) I can and have brought my students to a higher level of play".

Other Info:
In her free time Tricia enjoys travel, playing golf and listening to music.
